- Funders, where your service is funded by a third party such as ACC, an EAP provider, or Turuki Health. This includes identifiable health and session information, shared for delivering and reporting on the funded service, and is part of what we tell you when you consent to that service.
- Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by law or to prevent a serious risk to someone’s safety.
