ACC Funded Sessions

We are ACC registered Rongoā Māori practitioners.

We are in the process of establishing our new ACC clinics in Tamaki, Whangarei and Kaeo, and have opened our books in all locations.

You may be able to access funded Rongoā Māori sessions with us for:

  • Physical injuries
  • Birth injuries
  • Sensitive claims

These pathways recognise the importance of holistic healing — tinana, hinengaro, wairua, and whānau.

How to begin your journey.

Accessing ACC for Rongoā is a different process than standard ACC claims. Begin your journey with these three simple steps:

Step 1:

Receive Your ACC Claim Number

Visit your GP or health care provider (such as OT or Physio). Once ACC has accepted your claim, you’re ready for the next step.

Step 2:

Contact ACC to Request Rongoā Māori

Let ACC know you would like Rongoā Māori as your treatment option. You can contact them by:

  • Our ACC vendor provider number: VBB939
  • Our ACC clinic service name:  Te Whare Whakaora

Step 3:

We will reach out to you

Once ACC approves your sessions and sends us your details, we will contact you directly to:

  • Confirm your referral
  • Answer any pātai
  • Guide you through the booking process
  • Ensure you feel supported every step of the way

 Koha

We ask for a koha of $25 to be given at the time of  booking your sessions online.  This is to empower and contribute to your healing journey in a tangible way.  It is in alignment with our Te Ao Maori beliefs that the universe is reciprocal and therefore it is important that an energy exchange takes place.
